About the Hyner Trail Challenge:

Held in mid-April, the Hyner Trail Challenge is a 25K and 50K trail race put on by the PA Trail Dogs in the remote forests of the PA Wilds. The 25K packs three major climbs and 4,000 feet of vert into a course loaded with vistas, stream crossings, and singletrack—a course Zach Miller once called one of the “funnest” in the world. The 50K ups the ante with five major climbs and roughly 6,500 feet of vert. Built by trail runners for trail runners, Hyner sells out fast every year and has earned its reputation as a true test of grit.
