Running is my happy place, my reset, my time to feel alive, and my time to just be me. I ran my first marathon in 2008 and got completely hooked — on the freedom, the simplicity, and the fact that every step is mine to control. I choose to keep moving… or to stop. The miles kept piling up, the distances grew longer, and I found myself chasing bigger challenges just to see what I was made of, and how far I can go.
It’s never really been about running. It’s about life — one step, one mile at a time. You show up, do hard things, have the right people back you and get it done. There are no shortcuts.
