This episode of Behind The Bib features Groovin in the Aspens, a Flagstaff, AZ trail race organized by Bear Jaw Events. The race offers 6K, 10K, 20K, 30K, and 50K distances through the pine forests and beautiful trail systems that make Flagstaff such a special place to run.
This race is shared through the lens of Dakota Goosby (@koda.runz), who has been documenting his journey of becoming an ultrarunner as he prepares for his first triple-digit race this May. Groovin in the Aspens 30K became a distance PR for Dakota, and we are grateful he filmed the experience and shared it with us.
